Timmy and his twin brother, Jimmy were the first recruits to the S.Q.U.A.D. Recruited by the boss man himself, they needed to hold down the fort from as early on as the age of 11 until more members were added. Timmy serves as the “lieutenant” of the S.Q.U.A.D though everyone tells him, that’s not an actual title within the organization. He’s very adamant about being called “Lieutenant Surge”. He’s also the one that came up with the name S.Q.U.A.D. as well as many of the codenames for the members. He has an affinity for naming things. He oversees much of the Entertainment & Filings for the Renaissance Corporation and though he is legally blind, due to his powers of technopathy, so long as there is a camera around, he can see just fine.
